Charles Packard, CPA, CFP® Charles Packard, CPA, CFP® joined the firm in July 2006. A 1989 graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (BSAc). Charles also earned his Master of Taxation at Villa Nova in 1999. He has over 17 years of accounting experience in financial statement preparation. Charles is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
