Debra M Bartow, CPA Debra M. Bartow, CPA joined the firm in 1991. Deb has over 17 years experience in financial statement preparation and business and individual tax matters. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, she earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in 1989. Deb is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
