Duties
We provide a wide range of tax services to clients from multiple industries. The Staff Accountant will have a general understanding of the Internal Revenue Code, the tax laws of the Commonwealth of PA and local jurisdictions and adjoining states. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for creating and applying the tax laws to benefit our clients, minimizing their tax obligations to the relevant government agencies and at all times remaining within the parameters of the relevant tax laws, while aggressively representing our clients.
The overall purpose of the Staff Accountant will include applying tax laws to minimize client obligations, keeping current on tax law changes and developing client relationships, and preparation of tax returns in. This position will also be responsible for accurate preparation and timely delivery of products and services.

- meet with our existing SWM clients to keep them informed and keep current with their needs to make sure they are being met.
